LEARN TO LEAD
We have all been moved at some point in our lives by great leadership. Inspired leadership, it seems, is not about big things. In fact, the three great leaders interviewed for the Crown Council's LEAD series found their greatness in the smallest things, in the essential human characteristics such as discipline, patience, truth, compassion, creativity and fairness.
Leadership comes in both the public arena and in private moments. Leadership also happens through simple example, such as when a great coach or athlete, by sheer human excellence, demonstrates for all to see what is possible.
You can participate in the 19 part leadership series by following this link.
CAMPING WITH CROWN COUNCIL
Each Crown Council needs to be camping together about every 90 days. Get out of the office and work to build your culture. We have some of those experience pre-packaged for you.
March thru June, the Smiles For Life campaign is the perfect opportunity for YOUR practice to create a “story that spreads” AND help children in your own community and around the world!
For many years now, My Social Practice has been supporting the Smiles For Life Foundation by designing printed materials and digital marketing strategies for hundreds of dental practices across the U.S. and Canada. The campaign period is the perfect opportunity to do good in the world, to create incredible unity among your team members and patients, and to boost top-of-mind awareness for your practice through social media. The campaign is sponsored by the Smiles For Life Foundation, which is the charity arm of the Crown Council‹an alliance of leading-edge dental teams. Call us at 800-276-9658 to sign up for the 2018 campaign.
The Smiles For Life Foundation has raised over $40 million for charities.
Here's how it works:
COPY GENIUS "MENTOR OF THE MONTH"
The key to magic advice from mentors...ASK! In order to copy the genius of others, we need to get in front of them first. We know that if we want to be the best, then we need to learn from the people making it happen in a big way. This Crown Council Mentor of the Month library contains interviews with those who are making a difference and advice on how we can copy their genius!
