LEARN ABOUT CULTURE BUILDING TOOLS  

Learn about all of the tools and resources available to you as a member of the Crown Council by watching this video hosted by Crown Council Founder Steve Anderson.  With competition on the rise and dental fees in decline, separating your practice from the rest is critical for the best patients know who you, where to find you, and why they should choose you.

These 8 items are the basic building blocks for creating a culture of success.  These items should define your culture and we encourage all offices to start the journey to become a Qualified Member.

SKILL TRAINING VIDEOS 

Success in any endeavor depends on two critical elements: Being the right kind of person and doing the right thing.  The following 12 skills will help you both “be” and “do” as you begin your responsibilities as a team member in a Crown Council practice.  Each video lasts about four minutes.  Feel free to review them often. POWERFUL TEAM MEETINGS LIBRARY

Geese get where they are going because someone is honking. With all of the challenges that we each face personally and professionally, we all need to HONK more and need more people HONKING for us.

This is just one of over 50 Powerful Team Meetings that you can use to motivate, inspire and train your team to have a more effective and successful office culture.  

 

STEP 6

DISCOVER OTHER CROWN COUNCIL MEMBERS  

The Crown Council is an association of like-minded dental teams who are interested in creating a culture of success in their professional and personal lives. We support opportunities for dental teams to improve their office culture.  No one should practice alone.  Learn from the other Crown Council members on the Crown Council email network and by participating and watching the Crown Council Practice of the Month. STEP 7

LEARN TO LEAD 

We have all been moved at some point in our lives by great leadership. Inspired leadership, it seems, is not about big things. In fact, the three great leaders interviewed for the Crown Council's LEAD series found their greatness in the smallest things, in the essential human characteristics such as discipline, patience, truth, compassion, creativity and fairness.

Leadership comes in both the public arena and in private moments. Leadership also happens through simple example, such as when a great coach or athlete, by sheer human excellence, demonstrates for all to see what is possible.

STEP 8

CAMPING WITH CROWN COUNCIL 

Each Crown Council needs to be camping together about every 90 days.  Get out of the office and work to build your culture.  We have some of those experience pre-packaged for you.
