Napoleon Hill devoted many years in research to determine what enabled successful people to achieve their goals. He documented his findings in a book titled Think and Grow Rich. Although he put his emphases on gaining money, his findings would be equally effective in reaching other types of goals, many of which could be considered more significant.
So for whatever the purpose, you may choose, here is Napoleon Hill’s formula:
First. Fix in your mind the exact amount of money you desire. Be definite as to the exact amount.
Second. Determine exactly what you intend to give in return for the money you desire.
Third. Establish a definite date when you intend to possess the money you desire.
Fourth. Create a definite plan for carrying out your desire and begin at once whether you are ready or not, to put this plan into action.
Fifth. Write out a clear, concise statement of the amount of money you intend to acquire and name the time limit for its acquisition.
Sixth. Read your written statement aloud, twice daily, once just before retiring at night and once after arising in the morning. Read, see, feel, and believe yourself already in possession of the money.
There are many who testify that this formula works. Best wishes in your pursuit of riches whether it be in money or something else more lasting and worthwhile.
