It is well known that the brain works full time with positive or negative thoughts. It is also true that the brain reacts based on experiences it has had.  That brings us to another realization which is that what you think gives

guidance to what you do.


Now you know that you can think your way to success.  You just need to choose the pattern that seems best for you.


You may want to think about such things as:

            Thinking away from pain towards pleasure

            Be a big picture thinker

            Think about new approaches to old problems


Challenge yourself.  What are the negative thoughts that come to your mind often.  What positive thing can you think about to replace them.
